The Key Capital Corporate Finance team is pleased to share the M&A in Ireland - H2 2023 Overview report.
M&A activity regressed in 2023 after strong performance in 2021 and 2022. Irish M&A activity in H2 2023 totalled 113 completed transactions, bringing total volume for the year to 241, down 21% year-on-year.
