Attending from our Irish team were: Colin Morgan, Richard Tunney and Saif Shubana with our colleagues from the UK team: Karri Vuori, Michael Dennison and Graham Cooke.

The IMAP conferences are an invaluable opportunity for our teams to share insights and gain a more accurate view of the factors affecting mid-market transactions in different sectors and geographies, which sharpens the advice and knowledge we provide to clients.

The three days are a mix of bilateral meetings, panel participation and attending expert lectures. Keynote speakers included:

  • Aco Momčilović, President of the Global AI Ethics Institute, gave a view on AI‘s transformative effect on the workforce

  • Boris Vujčić, Governor of the Croatian National Bank, spoke on Croatia’s adpotion of the Euro

  • Krisztián Orbán, Founder of Oriens, provided insights into global geopolitical shifts

  • Oleksiy Rashchupki, Managing Partner at Altius Capital, addressed M&A recovery in Ukraine amid the war.

The next IMAP conference is in Cape Town in Spring 2025.
