Key Capital advised Label Craft on its sale to Asteria Group

Key Capital is delighted to have worked with Label Craft as they partner with the Asteria Group for the next stage of growth.

Label Craft was established by Denise Browne and Michael O’Flaherty 25 years ago, and is a leading manufacturer of labels, leaflets, and cartons, serving the pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device and veterinary sectors in Ireland.

Asteria Group, is a leading manufacturer of label solutions, originally established in Belgium and is now an international group with operations across Europe. Asteria has completed over 20 acquisitions and established a presence in 7 countries. This acquisition is Asteria’s first in Ireland.

The deal will see Denise Browne and Michael O’Flaherty continue in their current roles as Co-Managing Directors and, together with the full Label Craft team, will continue to manage the day-to-day operations.

Joining Asteria provides the support and additional resources for the Company to pursue further growth opportunities in Ireland and across Europe, particularly within the pharmaceutical sector.
