Key Capital advised Centaur on its transaction with FTV Capital

Key Capital advised Centaur, a leading provider of fund administration and regulatory services to the alternative asset management industry, on its significant growth capital transaction with FTV Capital.

Centaur was established in Dublin in 2009 by founding partners Ronan Daly, Karen Malone, and Eric Bertrand. The business has since expanded to 9 offices across Europe and North America, and has grown to $35bn AUA and 140 employees globally.

The transaction will see FTV make a significant investment in Centaur, facilitating the business to continue and accelerate on its impressive track-record of growth and expansion across geographies and product offerings.
