Kyran McStay

Kyran McStay, Director and co-founder of Key Capital. During a 15 year period in London Kyran held a number of senior roles in debt capital markets. At UBS he was Head of European Debt New Issues with responsibility for origination, structuring and underwriting for all European debt products.

He was also Head of Debt Syndicate at UBS and Head of Structured Eurobonds at Salomon Brothers International. Kyran has also managed a number of trading activities in derivatives and credit products.

Kyran’s primary focus at Key Capital has been the development of the firm’s activities in Private Equity, Leveraged Finance and CLOs.

Kyran read Economics at Trinity College, Dublin and holds a Ph.D. from UCLA.
