Key Capital was established in 2001 and operates from offices in Dublin and London. The principal activities of the group are the provision of advisory services to corporate and high net worth clients and investment management services to institutional clients. Key Capital Corporate Finance
Key Capital Corporate Finance advises business owners, companies and private equity firms on corporate finance transactions including mergers & acquisitions, capital-raising, debt restructuring and strategic development. Key Capital has executed €5 billion in M&A, financing (both debt and equity) and restructuring transactions over the last 10 years.
Key Capital is the exclusive Irish partner to IMAP, the world’s leading mid-market M&A partnership. This provides our clients with access to M&A opportunities and investment banking partnerships in 50 countries and provides the team with global corporate finance exposure.
Key responsibilities will include:
Preparation of pitch books and information memorandums;
Financial modelling and company valuation;
Company and industry research; and
Project management of deal logistics.
The Graduate will have:
A strong academic background with a minimum of 2:1 Honours in a Finance/Business/Engineering/Humanities/Arts or other relevant discipline.
Excellent analytical ability, business acumen and demonstrated desire to work within the financial services industry.
Good verbal and effective written communications skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver reports and presentations.
Strong self-motivation, desire to listen and to learn, and ability to work autonomously.
